Registered attendees are free to come and go as their schedules allow during both the open house and reception events described below:
CM Open House | 1:30 pm–3:30 pm: Facility Tours, Games, and Other Events at Guggenheim Hall, Preconstruction Center, and the Industrial Sciences Lab
You are invited back to campus to see what is happening in the Department of Construction Management today!
Put your skills to the test in our Alumni Decades Competition! Games will be located throughout the CM buildings, and everyone attending is invited to play. Registrants will earn points for the decade in which they graduated, and at the end of the competition, the decade with the highest combined score will be crowned the CSU CM Decades Champion!
Throughout the Open House, guests can also:
- Meet current CM students as they showcase their student clubs and competition teams, including their involvement, projects, and accomplishments.
- Explore CM’s three buildings during tours led by student ambassadors.
- Reconnect with faculty, staff, fellow alumni, industry partners, and friends of the program while seeing how CM has grown and evolved.
Reception | 4:00 pm–7:00 pm: Social at the Canvas Stadium
Enjoy appetizers and drinks while networking with faculty, staff, fellow alumni, industry partners, and friends of the program. The evening will include entertainment, plenty of opportunities to connect and reminisce, and a commemorative CM 80th group photo.
Come see where CM has been, experience what CM looks like today, and reconnect with the people who have helped build its legacy while celebrating the department’s rich history and lasting impact.

Advance registration is required. Tickets are $80 per person and include admission to all event activities and the reception as well as refreshments. Registration deadline is October 5th.
